Therapeutic Approach

“Happy Mind, Happy Life.”

My compassionate approach to therapy is relationship-centered and rooted in understanding you, your patterns, and how your connections with others impact your days. Instead of just focusing on symptoms, we look at the deeper dynamics that shape your relationships, boundaries, and sense of self.

I believe healing happens in a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard and respected. Together, we will explore your emotions and life experiences while also strengthening your inner resilience and self-awareness.

My goal is to support you in gaining security in your authentic self, cultivating peace and calm for your daily life, and creating meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

Education & Background

I received my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Psychology and Mental Health Counseling from Oklahoma State University, completing my schooling in 2019. After graduating, I worked in community mental health agencies in both Tulsa and Oklahoma City, gaining experience with a wide variety of clientele. Throughout my career, I have gained knowledge as to which clients I am the best fit to help based on my professional and personal experiences, and I prioritize this when taking on new clients. I opened my private practice in 2023 and have had the ability to balance my own family life while helping my caseload of clients find balance in their lives.
